  1. Contact our Customer Service Team: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at support@woodsaspire.com. In your email, provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Securely Package the Item(s): Pack the item(s) you wish to return securely, ensuring that you include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
  3. Apply the Return Shipping Label: Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package. Make sure it covers any previous labels or markings.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package using a reputable carrier of your choice, at your own expense. We recommend selecting a carrier that offers tracking information and insurance for added security.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection to verify that they are in their original condition and packaging.
  6. Refund Process: If the item(s are found to be in their original condition and packaging, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that for items not returned in their original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for items that have been customized or made-to-order. Additionally, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
