However, it’s important to note that once an order has entered the shipping process, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the items following the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
What to do if your Cancellation has been Denied
If, for any reason, we are unable to cancel your order and you still wish to proceed, no further action is required on your part. If you decide to return the unwanted item(s), you may do so once you have received them. To initiate a return, please refer to your recent orders and select the item you wish to return.

For assembly or installation services, we kindly request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you opt to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, fees may apply. To cancel or reschedule a service, please send an email to support@woodsaspire.com.
